You can easily make changes to your membership by filling out the form below.

 

UPDATE BILLING: Easily update your credit card information by using the update payment information on account option below.

FREEZE MEMBERSHIP: Freeze your membership for $10 month and it will be waiting for you upon your return.

*In order to cancel your yoga membership or add-on in Mindbody, please email riveteraf@riveternc.com​. We cannot freeze your yoga membership via a Membership Change Request.

CANCEL MEMBERSHIP: We’ll be sorry to see you go, but if you’re moving on, please give us a 7 days notice prior to the next billing month to cancel your membership.

DON'T FORGET: If you freeze your membership instead, you won't be subject to price changes or a reactivation fee.

IMPORTANT: All membership changes must be made 7 days prior to the billing date at the first of the month. Any submissions sent on or after that will be processed for the following month.
