Friday is a half day w/ pick-up @ 12:30PM
$360 per week

rivet camp [climb + bike]
*dual sport camp for ages 5+*

Half day: 9AM - 12:30PM // Mon - Fri
$290 per week
Full day: 9AM - 4PM // Mon - Fri

Here's What You Need to Know to Have THE BEST Summer Camp Experience:

 

Check-in/Check-out:

  • Early check-in starts at 8:20 AM. If you arrive before 8:20 AM, please be prepared to wait in your car or the lobby area until check-in begins. Standard check-in starts at 8:45 AM. Please escort your camper into the facility for check-in.

  • Each camper must have a waiver on file prior to check-in. [CLICK HERE]

  • All final payments are due at check-in on the first day of camp.

  • Any emergency medications should be turned in to Sarah Rhoades [Program Coordinator] upon arrival. You can leave these for the week or check them out with your camper each day.

  • We will take all campers' temperatures each day upon arrival.

  • We cannot release children to anyone without your pre-approval as the parent or legal guardian. You can submit names of those who are authorized to pick up + drop off your child. Anyone NOT on your pre-approved list will need consent from a parent or legal guardian to pick up your camper.

  • Early Check-Out on Friday!

    • Pick-up is at 12:30 PM for ALL campers


What to Bring/Wear to Have the Best Time Ever:

  • Harness/bike-friendly bottoms

    • Longer shorts, leggings, or pants are recommended for comfort while wearing a harness or riding a bike.

  • Clothes that can get dirty [we don't recommend wearing your new white shirt]

  • Closed toe shoes

  • Face coverings [for indoors]

    • We are following the NC state mandate: "Masks will still be required in child care, schools + camps as most children are either not yet vaccinated or are not yet eligible to be vaccinated."

  • Backpack

  • Water bottle

  • Snacks + lunch [for half + full day participants]

  • Rain jacket

  • Sunscreen

  • Gear [rentals available]

    • Helmet

    • Bike

    • Pads [optional]

    • Climbing harness

    • Climbing shoes

    • *We will not store gear on-site this summer*

  • Wednesday is Field Day!

    • Change of clothes

    • Towel

    • Sunscreen + water [yes, we said that twice]


Schedule of Events:

  • Each day, the morning session will consist of lessons + guided activities in small groups to increase confidence + abilities in riding + climbing. The afternoon session will consist of 4 activity blocks that your camper may choose from: riding, climbing, an arts + crafts activity, + auxiliary active or passive activities.

  • Wednesday:

    • Wednesday is Field Day. Weather permitting, we will spend all day outside in + out of the sun. There will be water. There will be dirt. There will be competitions + good ol' fashioned fun. Make sure to bring a change of clothes + a towel. It will not be necessary to bring bikes or climbing gear on Wednesday.

  • Friday:

    • We grant a Parent Pass on Friday. You are welcome to come ride/climb with your camper(s) before early pick-up at 12:30 PM. Please make sure to sign your camper(s) out at 12:30 PM on Friday.
