Advanced Climber Training
That's right...Sam's training series is BACK for the summer + this session, he's joined by one of our incredible setters, Reggie! This round will take place from 6-8p every Tuesday in June + July.
The series is designed for experienced sport + boulder climbers [v4+], who're looking for structured group training. Each session will consist of a 20-min warmup, 30-min circuit workout in the fitness studio, 1-hour climbing session, + 10-min floor workout. Each week's training will get progressively more difficult to help climbers increase their strength + power.
